Luster Jewel’s goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re dissatisfied, you can return your unworn, unused product with original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or credit.

Please allow a week to process returns.

We proudly ship USPS and UPS to better serve our customers. If you’d rather ship with a different carrier, we will be more than happy to accommodate you with any shipping request. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

What Types of Stones do you Use?
We use only the highest of quality cubic zirconias and/or crystals in all of our products.

Does your Jewelry Tarnish?
All costume jewelry will eventually tarnish over time. We plate all our products with double the US standard to ensure outstanding quality and lengthy lifespan.

Is .925 Stamped Inside for Sterling Silver Base Metals?
All .925 sterling silver products are stamped as required by law.

International Orders
We are more than happy to accept international orders.

Back Orders
We try our hardest to make sure our inventory is correct. If an item becomes backordered, we’re so sorry for the delay. We’ll contact you with a sweet coupon for your trouble and an estimated delivery time. Depending on the situation, we’ll refund your order, but will ship the in-stock portion. When the item becomes available we will ship the remainder. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.
